Cancellations, refunds and court rules

Short, and written the way we would explain it at the desk.

Cancelling a booking

12 hours or more before your slot: Cancel from My bookings and you are refunded in full, to the card you paid with. Membership sessions go back to your pack.
Less than 12 hours before: The booking is not refunded, and a membership session is not returned. At that notice the court rarely sells again.
After your slot has started: It can no longer be cancelled online. Call the academy if something has gone wrong.
If we cancel: Maintenance, weather, or anything else at our end — you are refunded in full however close to the time, and we will tell you as soon as we know.

How long it takes: Refunds are issued immediately and usually reach your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
Where it goes: Always back to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund elsewhere.
Paid at the desk: Cash bookings are settled at the desk, so there is nothing to refund — just cancel within the notice period and nothing is owed.

Turning up: Quote your booking reference at the desk. Please arrive a few minutes early so play starts on time — a late arrival does not extend the slot.
Shoes: Non-marking soles only. Courts are resurfaced regularly and street shoes cut the finish.
Shared courts: An individual membership books one place on a court, so you may be playing alongside other members. A group pack or a cash booking takes the whole court.
Not turning up: A booking nobody arrives for is not refunded, and repeated no-shows may cost you the ability to book ahead.

Session packs: Prepaid hours, drawn down as you book. Sessions expire at the end of the validity period shown on the plan and are not extended or refunded.
Group packs: Shared by up to four named players. Any of them may book against the pack.
